Sessions came from that exact place. Frustrated with surface-level talks, recycled advice, and seminars that somehow say a lot without actually saying anything.
So we built something different.
This is not “10 Steps to Success” energy. Just real conversations, hands-on experiences, honest insight, and the kind of community most of us were hoping to find when we got into tattooing.
The kind that still sticks once you get back home and continue your ongoing attempt at balancing creativity, career, and your general existence as a tattooer.

Sessions started as an idea between artists who believed tattoo education could feel more honest, more connected, and way less surface level.
An event that had never happened before, run by tattooers who had never run one before. That’s either trust or questionable risk assessment, and we’re choosing to believe it was trust.
The room had the energy we hoped for. People stayed. Conversations happened. Lifelong friendships were made. We knew pretty quickly we'd started something bigger than us.

Tampa was our first chance to bring Sessions to a new city and a new venue, and really set the tone for what this thing could become.
We weren’t interested in running the same seminar everyone’s already been to. We wanted to push ourselves, experiment a little, and show people what Sessions was actually about.
And somewhere between the conversations, late nights, and collective lack of sleep, it clicked.
We knew exactly what direction we wanted Sessions to go.

Bringing Sessions back home to Austin felt different.
By this point, we knew what Sessions was becoming and how far we could actually push it. So we did.
We introduced hands-on workshops, more real-time interaction, and packed the room with artists and friends we genuinely respect.
Somehow it became bigger, more connected, and more in line with what we always wanted Sessions to feel like.
The energy in that room was special. You could feel Sessions evolving in real time.

And honestly, we’re pushing ourselves harder than we ever have on this one.
Which is saying something, because we’ve been pretty relentless from the start.
New ideas, new formats, and new ways to make Sessions feel even more connected, useful, and inspiring for the people in the room.
We’ve been building a lot behind the scenes. Very obsessively. The kind of obsessive where you’re adjusting things at 2am that maybe three people will notice… but we’ll know, and unfortunately that matters to us.

We were excited to bring Sessions home and back to Austin. This was honestly our most epic one yet. We didn’t think we could outdo ourselves, but we did.
We introduced hands-on workshops, real-time learning, and brought together some of our close friends all in one room. The energy, the conversations, and the growth that came out of it… it was something special.
